We discussed joy with our expectations for a new house, budget, and area. She was very professional, houses we have seen through joy, and she always provided us with in-depth analysis of properties, area reviews, and rate comparisons. With the help of joy we purchased a house in San Carlos, She guided us through the whole process of this short sale purchase. She was very patient during the whole time. Even after purchasing the house, she always responded our any questions or queries immediately. The loan was rejected for us by my loan agent and Joy referred to us another loan agent who was able to get us a loan within two weeks and we were able to close the house within the given time. Without Joy, we may not be able to get this house. From my experience, I will highly recommend Joy.

So she can really bridge any language gap between Chinese-speaking clients and those who don't speak Chinese. She is always positive and friendly.
